Job Description
• Developing brand vision and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products specially baby products in line with business objectives
• Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI
• Conducting market research to understand consumer preferences, trends and competitors in the market
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media and events
• Collaborating with product management and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with products launches and sales targets
• Staying informed about industry trends, best practices and merging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage
• Guiding product development and innovation based on brand strategy
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements for baby products
• Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of marketing teams identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
• Representing the marketing department in cross functional meetings and contributing to overall business strategy and decisions-making
• Mentoring and developing the marketing team
• Building and maintaining relationship with external partners, agencies and vendors

Requirement :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, and Brand Administration
• Proven min. 5 years experiences in brand marketing of FMCG, Cosmetics or Lifestyle Brands retail environment
• Proven in direct retail customer experiences and digital marketing or branding experiences preferred
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders (Mandarin is a plus)
• Detail oriented with excellent project management skill
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and consumer behaviour
• Comfortable in fast working pace environment and setting ambitious goals
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing marketing team
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
• Understand Google Ads, Instagram Ads, SEO, SEM

JOB DESCRIPTION :
   • Manage end-to-end influencer projects from conceptualization, execution to reporting
   • Responsible for KOL strategy and planning across all channels
   • Working closely with KOL specialist to create a clear brief and efficient budget allocation for each project
   • Track KOL effectiveness & content performance reflected on weekly, monthly and ad-hoc project report
   • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and areas for development on KOL campaigns
   • Maintain relationships with partner and KOL
   • Maintain all the administrative documents including payment, contract, document filling and the data tracking

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
   • Minimum D3-S1 in Communication, Marketing, Communication Business or related fields
   • At least have 2 years’ experience in handling KOL/Talents/Influencer and Media specially in beauty industry

   • Have a strong communication, fast response and negotiating skills
   • Fluent in English is a must

  1. Responsible for infomercial video production, complete material editing, compositing, special effect packaging, music and sound effect, etc.
  2. Mainly produce the company’s skincare category of infomercial live streaming attraction video (not limited to oral broadcast, can make edit, and multiple editing styles and preferred)
  3. Understand the TK platform, refine the advertisement material and attraction points, and be able to output video material scripts and highly attractive copywriting.

Qualification :

  3. Understand the logic of infomercial video communicating the beauty and skin care category, and have their own ideas and creativity.

  • Collaborate with Supervisor dan Leader Host Live to develop and implement live streaming room operation strategies to enhance live streaming effectiveness and sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends and user behavior to provide recommendations on live streaming content.
  • Monitor live streaming traffic and user engagement, and use data analysis tools to optimize live streaming effects
  • Monitor data accuracy (pricing, promotions, design, competitors, ads) and update information on e-Commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations.
